Our objective is an high customer satisfaction which is analysed regularly.
The Managing Director is responsible for the company’s quality and environmental policy and makes sure that the staff has sufficient resources for the achievments of the goals. He checks that the goals are achieved with the help of indicators, which are defined on the board review with a long distance goal of continuous improvement.
Each one is responsible for the quality of their own work. The main objective is the elimination of quality non-conformaties as well as to prevent them from happening, so that the company can supply flawless products to it’s client in a profitable manner. Each one has the responsability to stop non-conformity products and report it to the supervisor.
We commit, in our chain of production and decision making processes, to take into consideration environmental protection issues as well as to the continuous inprovment of our environmental system.
